Description

The CTT Models and Tools program is a comprehensive training process for consultants, change agents and human resource managers on how to use the Cultural Transformation Tools. It includes a two day workshop, two individual mentoring sessions and other post training support. Upon completion of the course, you will receive one free Individual Values Assessment to use with a colleague or client. The accreditation workshop from the Institute of Human Excellence (IHE) is designed for a small group for depth, experiential learning tailored to each individual’s needs. It is limited to a maximum of 10 people, taken in order of registration. Participants are involved in lecture, discussion and group activities. The Institute of Human Excellence will support each participant to carry out and implement the first CTT assessment with confidence and success. This is an accreditation program to become an authorised user of the CTT Tools.
