The CTT Models and Tools training is a two-day workshop for consultants, change agents and human resource managers on how to use the Cultural Transformation Tools. Participants are involved in lecture, discussion and group activities. This is an accreditation course to become a user of the CTTools.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive one free Individual Values Assessment to use with a colleague or client. Included within this training, Chris provides two individual post-training mentoring sessions that you may use flexibly to support you in marketing CTT to your clients, or for organising, interpreting and feeding back your first CTT cultural values assessment. Where there is sufficient interest then there is also the option to run an additional 'deepening day' on day 3 using an Open Space Technology approach. During this day we will explore themes and issues that have emerged for you during the training to co-create solutions that will help you to deepen your understanding and apply CTT with your clients. There is no additional charge for the 'deepening day'; we just share the costs for the training room and teas/coffees.
